About Churchill Meadows
Churchill Meadows is a relatively new Mississauga neighbourhood located to the northwest. Formerly part of Milton, it was incorporated into the City of Mississauga in 1974. The area slowly took shape over the ensuing decades, and urban design guidelines were drawn up in 1997 and with homes built through to 2010. The predominant builder in the neighbourhood is Mattamy Homes.
This rapidly-growing neighbourhood, which sits just west of Erin Mills Town Centre, is known for its convenient location, superb local schools, and contemporary homes. Most houses in Churchill Meadows were constructed in the early to mid 2000s, and they’ve sold quickly due to their large size, prime location, and stylish modern finishes. There’s also a selection of townhouses and low-rise condo buildings in the area.
No matter the type of living space you prefer, newer homes tend to require less upkeep than older ones. So if a low-maintenance lifestyle is what you’re looking for, this may be the community for you!
