About River Oaks
Variety is the name of the game in this Oakville suburb. River Oaks is bordered by Dundas Street, Trafalgar Road, Upper Middle Road and Neyagawa Boulevard. This is one of Oakville’s more densely populated areas, and it’s easy to see the appeal.

Who Lives Here
There is definitely more variety to residents in this area than in much of Oakville. It is one of the larger neighbourhoods in town, and its friendly vibe attracts many first-time homeowners and young families, as well as long-term Oakville residents who have downsized to smaller homes.
Much of the residential area consists of newer homes built from the 1990s to the early 2000s. These structures encompass all housing types, meaning the neighbourhood accommodates all kinds of residents.
