We were introduced to Tanya through our neighbours who had just recently sold their home with her. We had heard great things about her professionalism and were very excited to list our townhouse with Tanya and her team. When we met Tanya for our first meeting, she was such a breath of fresh air compared to the realtors we were used to. She came in prepared, and ready to show us why her team could provide us with the best service. Right off the bat, we were very comfortable with her and her approach, and our 3 year old son was so taken by her that he started calling her “Auntie Tanya”.
Her approach to getting our house ready for sale, from pointing out the things that needed to be cleaned, painted, removed, etc, was spot on. The staging team that she works with was so amazing at setting up our house for sale. We had an offer within 3 days of listing, and sold over asking! Next, we met with Tanya’s partner (both in business and in life!!) Steve, who was so great at helping us with viewings when searching for a new house. We found our perfect forever home, and Tanya did a superb job at negotiating the price to where we were comfortable with.
More recently, Tanya also helped us rent out our condo downtown.
I don’t have enough good things to say about Tanya. We are so lucky to have been introduced to her and her team! We also feel that we have made a new friend! Thank you for helping us navigate through buying, selling, and renting! We couldn’t have asked for a better agent!

During the showing she was examining the home top to bottom, making notes on anything that needed clarification from the seller, and really helped us envision ourselves in the space.
