Tanya was my father’s real estate agent; and when Brendan and I decided to buy a place of our own, we of course went to Tanya. My opinions of Tanya are no different than my family’s. She is absolutely hard working, extremely detail oriented, genuine and always put our needs first. Being first time home buyers, we were extremely picky, had a lot of questions and sometimes felt overwhelmed through the process. Tanya’s knowledge of the housing market in all the areas we were considering carried us right to buying our perfect home at a very affordable price. Our testimonial would not be fair if we didn’t get to say a few words about Steve. In short, Steve and Tanya mirror each other’s work ethic. Both Steve and Tanya made sure we got a house that would potentially have an excellent return value. They gave us free advice, and tons of it, on the small adjustments we could make to the house for a even greater return down the line. Steve and Tanya make the perfect team and I can truly say that they always put our needs first.
