We finally settled down in our beautiful new condo.
As a 1st home buyers we were confused and not sure which direction to go with, but you managed to put us in track and provide us with honest advices through the full process, you were patient and understanding of our needs, quick and following up constantly, providing us with resources from mortgage broker to lawyer and even interior designer who made our dream reality. Tanya was very professional in the services provided to find a buyer for my Mississauga condo and was successful in to getting top price for my apartment. She was proactive and efficient dealing with issues that arose as I was an absentee landlord. This included following up with the tenants to ensure minor repairs, cleaning and touch up painting were carried out before they vacated the unit.
