6 years ago we chose Tanya and Steve to help us find our first home. As first time buyers they made the process so easy, they went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect home. Professional, thorough, friendly and sincere throughout.

When we recently decided to take the next step on the property ladder we didn’t think twice about trusting the TC Team to firstly find us our next home but also to sell the home that we love to people who would hopefully feel the same way we did.

Tanya and Steve were patient with us throughout our search, always happy to show us round the numerous properties that didn’t quite fit the bill before we found our new home in Waterdown. In this crazy competitive market they gave us great advice and guidance to ensure our offer was considered and accepted.

But we knew already they’d find us the perfect home as they’d done it before.

Selling our house was a whole new ball game and again they came into their own. Really we didn’t know what to expect.
We set to work de cluttering our home and getting it ready to market. Working on a tight time frame the team were really supportive, checking in on us daily to see how we were getting on. They opened our eyes to new ideas that would make our property as appealing to buyers as possible. Everyone thinks that their home is good enough to market as is, we were no different – we were wrong…the suggestions we were given to improve were affordable, practical and added value which we probably wouldn’t have contemplated doing without their excellent advice.

When we were ready to list the TC Team staged our house so beautifully that we both had niggling doubts that we were actually making the right decision to sell. It looked so good that we wanted to stay.

In such a competitive market we were optimistic but nervous. Would we get enough viewings, would we get offers, would we achieve the price we needed to make our move affordable ??

We listed on a Thursday and looked to receive offers the following Tuesday.

We were staggered to receive over 60 viewings and then 18 offers.

This exceeded our expectations as did the over asking sale price achieved.
