About Downtown West

This lively downtown area stretches west of Yonge, south to Harbourfront, west to Bathurst, and north to Queen, and includes the Entertainment, Fashion, and Financial districts—phew!

If there’s one thing that this ‘hood is known for, it’s the condo boom! Zoning laws used to limit the development, but when that changed in the 90’s the market took off.
