Summers bring residents and visitors to popular community festivals such as the Waterfront Festival and Buskerfest. Mississauga is an area that is distinctly suburban, which makes the village feel of Port Credit especially appealing. Easy access to the highway and close proximity to Toronto add to this neighbourhood’s convenience.

Wealthy families and younger (affluent) couples call Port Credit home. Most residents share one common trait—a love of the greenery that surrounds them! There are still a lot of underdeveloped areas throughout Port Credit, and a broad mix of people.

This is one of the few pedestrian-friendly areas in Mississauga, which means locals can walk from home to their favourite hotspots with ease. That’s good news, since the number of exciting amenities is growing. Trendy restaurants (like Snug Harbour, known for fresh seafood and a selection of flavourful gourmet items) are being added to the mix.
