Joshua Creek is one of the newer developed suburbs of Oakville, developed in the late 1990’s and 2000’s. It’s close proximity to Mississauga and freshly built luxury homes and townhomes have made this location a hot spot for those seeking that desirable Oakville address.

As with most of Oakville, the size and scope of the homes tends to swing towards dual-income families. With detached homes going frequently for well over 1.5 million, this area definitely has the scent of success. Plenty of well-to-do families send their kids to private school here. Quick access to the GO and all major highways means the power players have easy access for their commute into Toronto.

Joshua Creek is known for its spectacular green space—a major bonus for families! There are parks, trails, and for those into sports, it’s an ideal locale for access to Oakville’s soccer fields or hockey rinks, or the nearby White Oaks Golf Course. The Iroquois Ridge Community Centre is not your average community pool, and offers a 25-metre, eight-lane pool and a separate leisure pool with a water slide. Joshua Creek is also home to lots of fantastic schools, both public and private.
